Scope it. Shape it. Ship it.
Every engagement — whether you’re automating an operation or starting a company — runs the same three stages. Nothing gets built on a guess.
| Phase | Title | Description | Duration |

| 02 | Shape | A paid diagnostic sized to your track (AI Readiness Assessment from R2,500 ex VAT, or Idea Validation Workshop from R12,500 ex VAT), then a build-ready blueprint. Every deliverable ends with a fixed-price quote for the next step. | 48 hours – 5 weeks |

Three promises we never break
Consult-first, always.
Every engagement starts with a free Strategy Session. We understand before we recommend.
You always know the price of the next step.
Every paid deliverable ends with a fixed-price quote for the next one. No surprises, ever — the budget holds.
The blueprint is yours, always.
Every spec we produce is portable. Spaza is the default build team, never a condition.
Why two companies?
ConceptLABS® thinks. Spaza builds. Keeping strategy and delivery in separate companies keeps the thinking honest — a blueprint has to stand on its own, because you’re free to take it anywhere. But because both live under the same roof, the strategy is never academic: everything we plan has to survive contact with the team that builds it next week. You get an independent plan with a builder’s realism, and a build with a strategist’s clarity.
